The 1800L vodka still has design and capabilities for small to medium scale production of vapor infused vodka or gin at 95%. Proof changes & flavor profile manipulation can be accomplished with the column plate drains allowing the still to also make flavored spirits. The unit is available with a Bain Marie electric or steam jacketed boiler. Includes CIP system, valves, gin basket & hot liquor tank.
